Here's what you need to know

What’s included in the program?

Our expert coaches will take a series of screening assessments and training sessions to help develop fundamental strength and conditioning movement patterns.

The screenings are there to record and track progress, so you’re safe in the knowledge that you can see the benefits of the trainings.

Who’s the program for?

Young sports people, aged between 9-15 years old.

When does the program run?

From October 2018 to March 2019. All dates are shown below.

Where do you train?

We use the gym at The Crypt School in Gloucester. That’s on Podsmead Road, Gloucester, GL2 5AE.

What does it cost?

Prices are included in the dates below, but we charge on a block-booking basis for 3-4 sessions at a time.
