Introduction to Strength Training
Learn the secrets of the successful sports stars – the when, the why and how of weight training.
Am I old enough to train with weights? What does getting stronger mean?
What are the best exercises? Safety and Technique.
The focus of this workshop will be to develop technique for strength training exercises that are essential for the improvement of sports performance.
Tuesday 31st May – St. Peter’s School, Stroud Road, Gloucester
Speed & Agility Training
How fast are you? How fast could you be?
In this camp we will test your speed and agility and provide training to develop the multi-directional movement skills that are so important for most sports.
Athletes will learn drills to improve acceleration and speed as well as learning techniques to reduce the risk of injury.

Advanced Weightlifting – Training for Power
If you’ve worked with us before, this is the perfect opportunity to improve your training skills. Learn the exercises that are a vital part of any elite athlete’s programme.
We are offering a chance for you to develop your technique in Olympic Lifting (Clean and Jerk & Snatch), and other power development exercises.

Endurance Training for Sport
Find out exactly the type of cardiovascular training you should be doing in order to maximise your fitness specific to your sport with our Energy System Development workshop.
Athletes’ will engage in different types of cardiovascular training throughout the day challenging the different energy systems of the body with a range of running based sessions
Time: 9.30am – 4.30pm each day
Cost: 1 Day £30 / 2 Days £55 / 3 Days £75 / 4 Days £95
