Join the Athlete Academy for our Junior Performance Training Camps and you’ll get to learn to train how the pros train. We use the same training principles and methods as professional athletes to train young athletes, helping to prepare athletes to get the most out of their bodies by increasing strength, speed, endurance, and flexibility leading to increased work capacity and decreased risk of injury.
Athletes work in small groups with coaches to ensure training is done correctly and effectively.
Available to young people from all sports between the ages of 11-18
