Junior Performance Training Camps


Serious about your sport? Get Fitter, Faster, Stronger!

Join the Athlete Academy for our Junior Performance Training Camps and you’ll get to learn to train how the pros train. We use the same training principles and methods as professional athletes to train young athletes, helping to prepare athletes to get the most out of their bodies by increasing strength, speed, endurance, and flexibility leading to increased work capacity and decreased risk of injury.

Athletes work in small groups with coaches to ensure training is done correctly and effectively.

Available to young people from all sports between the ages of 11-18

Performance Training

 Speed – Running mechanics and agility
 Power – Strength Training and Plyometrics
 Energy System Development – sport specific endurance training to improve work capacity
 Flexibility – Improving the range of movement and overall mobility

Performance Testing

 Vertical Jump
 VO2 max (Multistage Fitness Test)
 Balance
 Speed
 Muscular Strength

Injury Prevention

 Movement preparation (Warm up)
 Cool down & recovery strategies
